Everyone needs a Connie. Connie is our Pastor, but more than that, she is a living example of what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life. Around here, titles matter less than hearts — and Connie’s heart is one that overflows with love, compassion, and service.

In the Community of Christ, we believe in living Christ’s mission — and Connie does exactly that. She doesn’t just talk about love, she lives it. She listens without judgment, helps without hesitation, and celebrates the joys of others as if they were her own. Whether she’s leading a worship service, feeding someone during our mission projects, or just LISTENING to someone, Connie has a way of making people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Her kindness extends beyond our congregation and into the whole community. She quietly fills needs, notices the unnoticed, and treats every person as a child of God. It’s in the little things! The warm smile, the gentle encouragement, the extra mile she walks when no one is watching — that we see the light of Christ shining through her.

Everyone needs a Connie. :) We are so thankful that ours is right here, loving, guiding, and walking alongside us as we grow together in faith and service.
